  • Clear, accurate titles and descriptions
  • Transparent sizing or dimensions where relevant
  • Clean, styled photography that reflects your brand
  • Reliable fulfillment and care in packaging
  • Reasonable processing times
  • Responsiveness and communication when support is needed

💰 Vendor Terms & Commission

We offer simple, transparent commissions:

  • The Cozy Exchange takes a small commission fee per sale
  • Vendors receive payouts on a regular schedule
  • No setup fees, surprises, or hidden charges
  • Full visibility inside your vendor dashboard

Exact commission details are provided once you are approved.

  2. Our team reviews your application within 3–7 business days
  3. If approved, you’ll receive access to your vendor dashboard
  4. You can begin listing your items and fulfilling orders
  5. We promote your products across our website and social channels
