- Reasonable processing times
- Responsiveness and communication when support is needed
💰 Vendor Terms & Commission
We offer simple, transparent commissions:
- The Cozy Exchange takes a small commission fee per sale
- Vendors receive payouts on a regular schedule
- No setup fees, surprises, or hidden charges
- Full visibility inside your vendor dashboard
