Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your cozy new items.


📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Pre-Loved Finds may take an additional day for inspection and careful packaging.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and another email once it ships.

🚚 Free Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Once your order ships, we’ll provide a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International shipping may be added in the future — stay tuned!


📨 Order Tracking

A tracking email will be sent once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


📦 Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
If the address is incorrect and the order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately so we can update it.

If a package is marked “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Check around your mailbox or porch
  3. Allow 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
  4. Contact your local post office
  5. Then contact us so we can assist you further

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Lost or stolen packages may require a claim with the carrier. We’ll do our best to assist you through the process.

🎁 Pre-Loved Items & Shipping

Every Pre-Loved Find is:

  • Carefully inspected
  • Cleaned
  • Wrapped securely for shipping

Because these items are one-of-a-kind, they may be packaged individually for extra protection.
