To manage your products, orders, and payouts, we provide access to a secure vendor management portal powered by ShipTurtle.

After approval, you’ll receive an email with:
- Your username
- A temporary password
Use those credentials to log in here:

🛍 What You Can Do in the Vendor Portal
Inside the vendor portal, you’ll be able to:
- Add and manage your products
- Upload product images and descriptions
- View and manage orders
- Track payouts and commissions
- Update your vendor profile information
🌐 Important Note About Language
At this time, the vendor management dashboard is available in English.
You may list your products and write descriptions in any language you prefer.

Vendor FAQ — Marketing, Ads & Fees
Do vendors have to pay to list or sell products on Facebook or Instagram?
No.
Vendors do not pay anything to list or sell products that appear on Facebook or Instagram through The Cozy Exchange.
Products are displayed through our marketplace’s integrations, and all checkouts happen on our website.
If my product is sold through Facebook or Instagram, do I pay Meta a fee?
No.
There are no Facebook or Instagram selling fees for vendors.
When a customer clicks a product on social media:
- They are redirected to Shopify
- Checkout happens on our website
- Standard marketplace commissions apply
- Vendors are paid according to their agreement
Meta does not take a percentage of vendor sales.
Do vendors have to pay for advertising?
No.
Advertising is never required and never charged to vendors.
Any paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest is:
- Optional
- Fully controlled by The Cozy Exchange
- Paid for by The Cozy Exchange (not vendors)
Who controls advertising and promotions?
The Cozy Exchange manages:
- Platform advertising
- Featured collections
- Seasonal campaigns
- Marketplace promotions
Vendors are never billed, never required, and never auto-enrolled in ads.
Can my product appear in ads without extra cost to me?
Yes.
We may feature select products in marketplace marketing campaigns at no additional cost to vendors.
This helps:
- Increase exposure
- Drive traffic
- Support overall marketplace growth
Does Pinterest charge vendors if products are shown or sold?
No.
Pinterest does not charge vendors for:
- Product visibility
- Clicks to our site
- Sales made through our marketplace
Any Pinterest advertising costs are paid by The Cozy Exchange only.
Are there any hidden social media or platform fees?
No.
Vendors are only responsible for:
- The agreed marketplace commission
- Any optional services clearly outlined in their vendor agreement
There are no hidden Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest fees.
Do vendors need their own Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest accounts?
No.
Vendors do not need:
- A Meta account
- A business ad account
- A Pinterest account
All integrations are managed at the marketplace level.
What happens if The Cozy Exchange runs ads?
If we run ads:
- The Cozy Exchange pays for them
- Vendors are not charged
- There is no impact on vendor payouts
- Participation is optional and non-binding
